What has been your insurance/broking related highlight of 2025?
Perhaps when the Financial Conduct Authority found that the price rises in motor were little to do with insurer profitability. It will be interesting to see measures to come from the Motor Insurance Taskforce to help cut the cost of insurance in the UK, given claims costs are still high.
What has been your biggest insurance/broking related disappointment of 2025?
The Which? super complaint focused on home and travel insurance claims.
