The majority of public adjusters are doing good, and most agree there’s a need for the profession. But there are those frequent reports of bad PAs and they are getting all the attention — that attention has the ire prompted of the insurance industry, regulators and politicians. Changes are underway, and like everything else, some sound good and some sound bad. We spoke with Steven Badger with Zelle Law about proposed changes and laws popping up.
